Todd Watkins is in his sixth season  at the University of Saint Joseph in 2019-2020. 

Prior to USJ, Watkins was a youth coach for 10 years. A 1989 graduate of UCLA, he was a back-to-back Pac-10 conference diving champion in 1987 and 1988. He also competed in the first two X-Games in bungee jumping.

In his first season with the Blue Jays, he guided sophomore Kim Royer (Newington, Conn.) to the GNAC championship in 1-meter diving.

A native of Burbank, Calif., Watkins now resides in Glastonbury, Conn.
