TRANSFERRING OUT OF USJ

Notification of Transfer To Another NCAA Division III Institution: A current USJ student-athlete who wishes to contact another NCAA Division III school(s) about transferring must complete a permission to contact self-release form which they need sign and send to the director of athletics at institution(s) they wish to discuss a possible transfer. This form does not allow students to contact NCAA Division I or II institutions

Notification of Transfer To NCAA Division I, II Institutions: A current USJ student-athlete who wishes to contact an NCAA Division I, II institution about transferring must make their request in writing to the USJ Athletics Compliance Office by email to Wole Oke (Associate Athletic Director) at oaoke@usj.edu.
