Aaron Cohen enters his third season as an assistant coach for the USJ men's lacrosse team in 2025, afte joining the staff ahead of the 2023 campaign.

Prior to joining the Blue Jays, Cohen was an assistant coach at Mitchell College. Prior to his time with the Mariners, he spent six years as the head coach for the boys varsity program at Avon High School.

Cohen graduated from and played lacrosse at Division I Hofstra University. He has also served on the Avon Youth Lacrosse Board and coached for the Avon Youth Lacrosse program.
