Marcus Donahue enters his first season as an assistant coach for the USJ men's lacrosse program in 2026.

Prior to joining the Blue Jays, Donahue served as an assistant lacrosse coach for Dean College for five seasons before he was named Associate Head Coach in his sixth and final season with the Bulldogs in 2025. Before joining Dean College, Donahue began his coaching career as an assistant coach for the Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers in New Hampshire for the 2019 season.

Donahue graduated from Mount Ida College in 2018 with a Sports Management degree where he was named captain by his peers in his final season with the Mustangs.
