Nicole Delano begins her fourth season as Assistant Coach for the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Women’s Basketball program in 2021-22.

Delano was previously at Enfield High School in Enfield, Conn., serving as the JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach for the girls program from 2013-2018. She has been coaching AAU Boys Basketball with the Northeast Premier since 2013, and coached Enfield Boys Travel from 2013-2016.

Delano played women’s basketball at Westfield State University in 2009, and Bay Path University in 2011. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bay Path University in 2013, and is currently pursuing her masters in Sports Management with a Graduate certificate in Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
